Granted: Nothing has been yet proven in court. Public opinion may side for or against SCO, but it doesn't change the facts in the case. Just like the M$ anti-trust case. [Did M$ agree that it was "bundling" in 1996? Yes. Did it continue to do so in 1998? Yes.] As you allude to, the system sometimes stinks but the facts are often very clear. People just don't want to see them.
