Why are soooo many court cases across this land still ongoing? It's the system..not the validity of the case. Patents, IP, copyright are fairly complicated issues and a great deal has to be proven. SCO has NOT proven anything so far..PERIOD! NOTHING you have posted has been proven to be so, and I think the NOVELL case goes to the fact that certain IP that SCO claims to own was not in fact sold to SCO by Novell and NOVELL claims to have the evidence to prove said. So to that must be decided by a court. SCO is done....only further purchases of licenses by MS at the new increased license fee will keep SCO in this much further.
