Some kind of joker?
---Both SCO and Novell maintain that SCO owns Unix -- Why would they pay royalties on what they own?---

You're about a year behind and reading old newSCO press releases.

1.) newSCO does not own unix and can't even call their product by that name unless someone else gives them permission to.

2.) If they agree to what you claim then why is there litigation?

3.) Court has ordered newSCO to produce proof of copyright infringement at least twice. nesSCO has not produced a single line. IBM will win their partial summary judgement. newSCO's attorneys will be lucky if they don't get hit with sanctions for this stunt.

4.) I am really bored to spend time responding to something as utterly ridiculous as what you claim. You are at least a year behind on the press releases and obviously have not followed any of the court cases.

5.) ??????????? this is so absurd I just can't think of anything to say to respond to such intentional childishness.

6.) Go to Groklaw.net and educate yourself. All the court papers are available there. All the rulings are available there. All the times newSCO has been kicked in the pants is available there. Odd, only newSCO seems to be losing. For someone that owns as much as you claim they certainly seem to be losing everything they try. Even their investors are threatening them with lawsuits.

7.) newSCO: just one more example of what happens when you partner with MS.
