I don't think so.
Although far behind iTunes in terms of revenue, the Napster
division is now making about $7.9 million a quarter, and is on
track to reach $30 million to $40 million for its fiscal year.

I saw a recent article that said they need $300 million in
revenues to break even. At 10% of thet, they won't be around
long. I suspect they're selling their software division to fund
some golden parachutes.
