Where has IBM Been?
The real issue here is that IBM hasn't finished their testing of it yet. It has been out for a month so developers could test and fix if necessary.

We have tested all of our commercial apps and found no problems. My guess is that properly written apps will be fine. Those that are not are destined to fail with the extra stuff in the service pack.
