I can't wait to see the desktop situation in just three years. The industry will finally become a fun place again. And please forget about telling me that patent issues will eventually kill linux. There are waaaaaay too many companies that stand to profit ENORMOUSLY from linux. If Microsoft pushes ahead with its downward-dragging anti-industry campaign, IBM and the others will lobby the crap out of Congress to make sure that the coast becomes clear.
