My reading comprehension is not there, and I did not read the article through before posting a quick blurb before moving onto work like I did.

Somewhere along the line, I had written a bit about big fish and little fish and the continual back and forth over those with the money would always get what they pay for, and those with less would get less - something about marketshare and all. But then, web users may not care a bit about if the little guy in Arkansas can buy up on the paid list vs Worldwide Conglomo, just as long as a list appears.
