It's like that need in other fields
Like nursing, doctors, trades and such. There is this huge crisis of not enough doctors and nurse yet if you get the education you can't get a job. Same thing with plumbers, electrician and such.

The crisis isn't the need today but the need in 15 years when all the baby boomers retire.

Then there is this tech problem. Jobs are going overseas but it's only the entry level jobs. Those that paid peanuts to begin with. Problem with that is now how do you get experienced workers when there are no entry level jobs. Even a degree in Computer Science means you start on the bottom rung of the ladder. Only some CEO twit has removed the bottom rungs and is wondering why the have no replacement for thier retiring experienced staff.
