Still isn't good PR though

Apple runs a tight ship. And for a number of years, some have said too tight. Squashed the clone market, to the betterment of the quality, though it hurt the quantity and probably long range pricing. Then we got everybody's love child Real trying to hack and smack its way on the iPod, and that leads to "after the product is sold, does Apple have any rights to squash a 3rd party for creating software that makes itself work with the hardware for the final owner?" Don't know about the Beatles issue, now that Apple is "in the music biz" selling tunes. It's what? Apple Music vs Apple iTunes, or such. . . Now somebody deflowered a Virgin. What next, Microsoft wanting the WMV love as well on the pod?
