I guess Virgin Mega/Universal is not selling
Let me guess, WMA+DRM, not selling... can't figure out why. Blame Apple. Nasty Apple.
Blame Sony, Nasty Sony. Blame Consumer, Bad Consumer.

I bet you didn't ask your potential buyers what they wanted either.

The site needs work too, only works on IE, has errors even then. Needs Active-X enabled, needs Media Player 9. So I guess it need WMA DRM version 2 which doesn't work with older WMA players anyway.... yuck.

So its a pretty unattractive offering.

Then we get to the sale terms, 21 Articles of legal script. DRM terms limits you to transferring it 3 times to portable players or to 3 computers.
My French is rubbish, but I didn't see any mention of writing unprotected disks.

Even if Apple license Virgin the DRM, they would have to hand the spec to Microsoft since they won't have the spec for WMA DRM and wouldn't be able to implement it.
