Another look at pirates.
Illegal CD costs around $1 (compare it with $0.99 for ONE downloaded song).

Illegal DVD costs around $5.

Please, pay attention to this sentence: Illegal CD/DVD business is PROFITABLE.

Now think about the real cost of CD/DVD. Pirates pay rent, equipment, maintenance, ?, to distributors, fees-bribes and they are still PROFITABLE. Pirates have enough money to afford a risk to lose everything. That means that illegal CD/DVD business is a VERY GOOD business.

Thus ? RIAA, Sony, etc. overcharge us a lot. Who wants to lose extremely profitable monopoly? Nobody (nor Bill Gates, nor Steve Jobs, nor Sony, ?). So, what do they do to maintain illegal monopolies? The only solution is they have to buy the legal system to cover up their illegal actions. Thus, logically they have to buy politicians with money they ripped off from OUR pockets (that?s why they sell their goods at THE HIGHEST PRICE). We only can guess if they overcharge us 10 times or more.

Is it democracy (by the people for the people) or this is a form of tyranny (by a few for a few)? Do we have capitalism (competition)? Or do we have money rules ? monopolistic abuse of power (moneycracy)?

Conclusion: we can sue RIAA, Sony, Microsoft, Apple, etc. for ? (the list is too long); and the most important ? if we need to live in a better World ? we need to change the vicious system of abuse of power.

Currently we accept a rule ? it is good to do anything to get money (money is the goal of life). It would be better to change it to ? you get money because you do what people NEED (money is a measurement of your skills but not the goal).

Think about how many $billions the country spent just on ?pleasure? to hurt another country and for protection from inevitable retaliation?

To put it more accurately, a few guys ?abuse? our lack of understanding that is it?s better to live in cooperation (even if it is not perfect) than live in a war. We are victims of our desires to find anybody whom we can blame for our trouble except ourselves (who voted for war? John Kerry. Who is suffering from it? You. Who you will elect? John Kerry?).

That sin of ours is used by a few ?sharks? to generate fear and hatred to some country or people and then ?help? us satisfy our hatred-wishes (war, violence, etc.) in order to make money on troubles they bring us (at our expense, of course). Easy money. For example, for whom is the war with Iraq beneficial? War-machine makers, oil-sharks, etc. Who pays for it? ? you.

If money is the first priority of society ? who is standing behind it? Logically, who has the most money - the richest man in the World. If you saw Michael Moore?s ?Fahrenheit 911? you would notice that Michael Moore mentioned a company Microsoft as a main participant in the division of Iraqi wealth (Bill Gates is not only Microsoft, but military, oil, pharmaceutical, etc.). I do not know why he did not explain the role of the richest man in the World in making money on creating the world?s troubles ? so you have to do it on your own.

What is the picture? A few guys like Bill Gates can afford to live in Communism (they give us not more than they wish to give up (pennies), and get from us everything what they want). To be entertained they bought political power to abuse those whom they were not able to abuse before (guess what is The Patriot Act for?). For them - it is fun; for the World it is a tragedy.

Do you remember the word ?Watergate?? The Scandal that brought down the 37th President of the U.S. - Richard Nixon. The OFFICIAL reason was - information of competition MAY have helped him to be re-elected. Did it happen because the U.S. had democracy?

Think twice before you answer. Consider here that there is irrefutable proof that G.W. Bush was illegally elected and nothing has happened, plus he is allowed to try re-election.

Maybe the first time Nixon was elected because he was involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy who opposed the war-business (Nixon was ?our guy? for JFK killers)? And Nixon was removed because he announced an agreement to end the Vietnam War (means ending an extremely profitable business)? http://mtracy9.tripod.com/kennedy.html

Logically it looks like that when Nixon diminished war-business (Vietnam war) the Shadow government decided to remove this stubborn president. The difference with JFK is - instead of death-penalty the Shadow government tried an alternative ?keep-alive? approach ? they, probably, called this operation as ?victory of (non-existed) democracy?. I guess they decided that more than two assassinations in a row would not be accepted without negative consequences for the Shadow government.

What could the ?bad? consequences be?

Americans may demand higher security for presidents. Why is it so bad for the Shadow government (International high-scale Mafia)?

Because when the Shadow government will want to kill the next possible stubborn president who stands for Americans instead of the Shadow government - the Shadow government would have a security problem ? if they would kill a president in the top security environment they would have no choice but to show their existence (who is who). That can create huge unwanted resistance and following troubles.

Note: Kennedy was killed by the SHADOW GOVERNMENT for his attempts to cease the biggest US business (on war) and finding peaceful solutions (get an easy education - watch the fact-base movie - ?JFK?).

To avoid this problem (when Americans can choose a president for Americans not mafia) they invented a genius electronic election system based on proprietary Microsoft?s codes. Thus, thanks to Bill Gates and Co., nobody has legal rights to see how they were cheated. The result: Americans can choose ONLY between DOOM (G.W. Bush) and DISASTER (John Kerry). Both are working for the same guys who paid G.W. Bush to make war with Iraq + (that?s why their platforms are almost identical). Choices are good, aren?t they?

Remember ? DOOM or DISASTER will happen to YOU, not for them.

WHOEVER WILL WIN ? YOU WLL LOSE. Unfortunately, for now, Mafia rules, not Democracy.

That?s why if somebody robs society of $billions ? he/she is may not be punished at all; but if you downloaded a friend?s song ? it is a severe crime. Why? Because thieves stole money from YOU, not from them (who cares about you?). But when the BIG guys think THEY may lose a dollar - ? that?s indeed huge crime.

Meaning FAIR should have ONE standard.

For example, I would suggest leaving Martha Stewart alone until G.W. Bush and Co. will get to court. Why? Their crime is much bigger (they keep Martha as bait to hold our attention away from the real crimes).

Back to the RIAA:

If we do not want to grow sharks against ourselves we should demand reasonable prices, for example $2 for a CD where $1 goes to the artist. Currently RIAA and Co. are ripping the artists off. I guess it is time for the artists to strike back.

Thanks to RIAA?s effort I do not buy CD/DVD (a form of protest), but I do not mind to pay for CD/DVD if:

1. If they do not violate my rights (it means no copy-protection, etc.).
2. The price is reasonable.
3. Artists will get fair fees compared with what the recording industry gets.
4. I am listening to ARTISTS, not porno-stars.

I am just wondering when artists will figured out that they can live better if they will skip RIAA and its gang.

Now think about another problem linked to CD/DVD:

Ever year millions of Americans are victims of fraud and scams and the numbers are rapidly growing. Even some US banks support fraud by not verifying credit card information before they process a credit card (VISA, MasterCard). Ask the FBI, CIA why they do nothing valuable to stop big scale fraud and at the same time the government system is too busy with file-swappers who steal nothing. Why do they waste the time instead of investigation of the real fraud?

Because guys who pays RIAA already bought the government including bosses of the FBI and CIA (do not forget the FDA, FCC, major media, etc.). They pay bribes using YOUR money that YOU voluntary give them.

For example, YOU are paying G.W. Bush and Co for protection from terrorists without understanding that in reality you are paying to the terrorists that they will protect you for themselves.

Do you know that with this government you are a victim of a typical scam of organized racketeers ? they send you some members from their gang to crush your business. When the planted guys did it ? a boss of the gang comes to the victimized business and offers a protection from his guys. Of course he can protect them from his own gang. Is it a surprise that if ?protection? is not accepted ? this business will get more destruction?

Keep it in mind when you think about Osama bin Laden ? he denied his responsibility for 9/11; he said he was framed. Why? G.W. Bush made us 100% sure that Osama bin Laden did it. What does Osama bin Laden have to lose if he will say the truth? Nothing. So, logically he said the truth. Link it with the answer to the question - Why did and does the Bush administration do everything possible to shot down all independent investigations of 9/11? You have no idea, right? Watch the movie and you will know why Arabs did not make 9/11 happen and what G.W. Bush and Co has to hide:

Painful Deceptions DVD:

If you will stop to support it ? it will be stopped. If you will do nothing to build your future ? nobody will build it for you.

If you live only for today and wish the dark future to come faster ? be passive.

If you are not ? at least close your pockets to your abusers.

Conclusion:

Even though you may not understand what I am talking about yet ? I hope you will see my point of view on a possible solution to the whole situation, before it is too late. It looks like there are no peaceful solutions, but they exist ?

There are always peaceful solutions even for dead-end situations. The problems come when the decision-makers see not one. But even if the right guys see a shock-free resolution - what can they do if you are on the wrong side?

I guess the majority prefers disaster to mind work (if you think ? you have a chance to PREVENT troubles; if you don?t ? you have no choice but to face them).
