Changing the Constitution: No Need just return the peoples rights
Actually I don't think the constitution is continually being changed, just the Laws implimenting it.

The origional statement was

The Constitution Says
> To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;

Now all Szulik was saying I think, Is that the other 1/2 of the equation "the Progress of Science and useful Arts," needs to happen.

With Patents I'll see the origional in the public Domain before I die. I won't see Micky Mouse in the public domain though
