Proof
I've often criticized MS for shady business practices and this just further proof. They use their time, energy, and money to do what they can to force the abomination of software patents on the E.U. knowing full-well the FUD that will be created.

Why don't you MS fans tell me why MS is so afraid of straight-up competition. Why doesn't MS compete on the merits of their products rather than corrupting the system to gain advantage?

I do think that the Munich suspension will be short-lived and will eventually go forward.
