----That is a very dangerous assumption given that everyone having seen the code agrees there IS a problem. (Yes SCO has made the code available to those signing a NDA.)----

If you read something other than SCO PR pieces you'd know some said it was the same (although none said it was proven to belong to SCO), some said they couldn't say and some plainly laughed about it. BTW, the 'code' SCO used was proven, in less than a day, to not belong to SCO. So much for your proof.

And your are taking the position SCO is as pure as the driven snow and everyone else is lying.

---I am not trying to say I support SCO or IBM either one in this case, I am however saying assuming guilt one way or the other with only a "gut feeling" as evidence is sure to be wrong.---
