Why should they give him the code. They're not even showing it to IBM en they want a hell of a lot of money from IBM. They want no money from linus so why would they show him the code. Apearently the US has changed the system and put the burden of proof on the accused instead of the accuser. Presumed guilty until you proof yourself innocent.
