Say all you want abotu your fields of linux fan boys in their basements, cheering (who really make up a tiny portion of OSS pople), but I am a windows user. I think this suit is stupid. Notice how in Germany they had to retract statements from their website unless they offered proof?
All we can judge is from what we've seen.. and what we've seen is SCO stalling, doing stock trades that definatly warrant investigation by the SEC, and changing their lingo when ever it suits them.
Yes, David Boise is a skilled lawyer, but notice how he get's 20% of SCo's value if they are sold during the preceddings? He's taking this case, because he'll win big, even if SCO dies...
