Offshore the legal system
In our litigation happy society, perhaps we should hire lawyers in India to do our legal bidding. For even better results, we could just load all the judges and lawyers in a boat and ship the whole mess to India. Perhaps Antarctica would be a better place to house these judges and lawyers. Yes, a lot of the litigation is necessary, just and good. And the rule of law is a noble trait of any society. But instead, we have the "rule of lawyers" though high legal fees, not the "rule of law". I'm beginning to see our legal system as a self serving bureaucracy. A player, such as one like SCO, filing a suit can do an innocent party more than enough damage with all the fees the legal system will collect. So ship this mess to India.
