I lack patience???????
"the judge allows for a discovery period to occur"

That's exactly what I mean. What is there to be discovered? SCO claims their code has been stolen. Show where it happened, what exactly was stolen en then let the accused defend himself.

This is like saying: you murdered someone and we're gonna put you on trial. ok first we try to discover what evidence there is..... That's the world upside down. You get the proof make the allegation and show the proof. Then let the accused see if he has something to say for himself. A suit taking years just to get the "who's done what" on the table is plain rediculous no matter how nice you giftwrap it.

"A lot of OSS folk sneer at the SCO case as it has been presented to them by their own preachers, but they should take pause when a world class litigation pro like Boies has thrown in with the opposition. With that much horse hockey in evidence, there's bound to be a pony or two hiding in there! LOL!!! "

So if they have proof why do they need time to discover anything. I think you stle something now please give me a few years to figure out what it was you stole and in the mean time please let me completely destroy your reputation.

That's stupid, has nothing to do with justice and probably could only happen in the US.
