What about Sun ?
Hey, I hate to bring this up. But if you really looked at the whole SCO-Linux fight. Who is the biggest winner if SCO wins ? It is not MS but SUN (yes MS will win but Sun will win more). Remember, MS is NOT the only company who has 'extended' their license with SCO. SUN has a 'blanket' license from SCO (and they pay dearly for...read what Scott has said in a previous interview...sorry, forgot its location, maybe someone else can dig that up ?). And it is SUN, not any other *nix company that has come out an says that they will shield any company that uses Linux so long that they have a solaris license with SUN. Please don't drag in MS where MS is not the party who is suing IBM/Open-Source ppl (even though MS would no doubt love to do it themselves).

Just because they appears to be evil doesn't mean that they're the only evil player around. I don't think MS has that monoply locked up just yet.
