Maybe we should be working on "Grid Prosecution"
Instead of everyone having to actually talk to a lawyer of their own, maybe we should have a "pool" of lawyers all around the world: "on demand" litigation running on a 24/7 basis. we could take advantage of the really cheap hours in a lawyers day (say, between leaving the golf course at about ten thrty AM, up until about lunchtime), using the time differences to ensure that the case travels around the planet and is perpetually heard late morning, whent he judge is still awake.

Eventually, there will only be one huge litigation going on, all around the world, with everyone connected and implicated at once; sharing our culpability in a seamless and collaborative framework of blame. Parallel court sessions could be on call at all times, to manage surges in demand. Even the most trivial dispute over the course of a garden path would be able to hook into the raw legal power of the wider, on-going court battle...
