I read it as well: And your "ABM diatribe" eluded me. The marketplace changes over time, and companies can recognize and capitalize on the changes or leave their fate to the wind. The post was pretty straightforward. So are you saying the market is moving ABM or what? I certainly would not go so far so fast. A little more help on this "ABM diatribe*," if you please.
