Of course M$ isn't going to make XP SP2 compatible with certian programs. They want you to go out and spend lots of money on new software that will work with SP2. That's the whole point. This is the same reason that they're not making stand alone versions of IE or Windows Media Player anymore. You want the latest and greatest versions of these programs, you have to go and buy a whole new version of Windows, and/or buy a new computer.
