Extremely shoddy journalism
Dawn, you or your headline writer should be ashamed. You and everyone else who read your article knows the problem is with the CRM software and not SP2, but the headline on the main page reads "Windows SP2 patched before its release - Flaw in upcoming Windows XP Service Pack 2 conflicts with Microsoft business program.".

Everyone who has done any research on this knows that this is not a Flaw in SP2, and it is irresponsible and shoddy journalism to even suggest that it is.

Don't waste my time with headlines written to be sensationalistic, I can read the Enquirer or Weekly World News if I want that.
