I did a quick search, lots of sites discussing it, but doesn't look like sites actually allowing you to download it. Do you have a link?

Doesn't have anything to do with the Constitution, only 321 were injuncted, if it sprang up on half a mllion sites around the world that injunction wouldn't apply to those sites, or the ruling for that matter.

321 could sue to protect their copyright, but 321 don't have the money or the inclination or motivation.... i.e. abandonware!
