Exactly to the point.

The owner of the Diebold voting machines is a closed member of the Republican party.

Just watch this coming November election particularly Florida where G. W. Bush's brother, Jeb Bush, the Florida governor, will do to steal the election.

The ways to stop the fraud are to force all voting machines to be tested independently and quarantined out of reach from the government of Florida until election day. Do a few tests. Don't disclose to the maker of these machines how many times the system will be tested to give the maker of the voting machines any clue how to rig the machines. Make sure to set the voting machines to the exact election date and test a couple of times way before the election day.

Second, each voter must be given a printed receipt of his or her vote as proof against election fraud.

If the Republicans succeed in blocking the testing and printing of these receipts of the votes casted, it will be another stolen presidential election for G. W. Bush and the Republicans.
