"Backroom" support for VOIP service providers are the overlooked area of IP technology
Primal Solutions (OTCBB:PSOL) has the billing, remedial management, etc., long-term contracts to support the rollout of Time Warners Digital Phone service and the rollout of "another unnamed tier 1 Cable MSO" to be completed in 2004.
Small company, with strong tie-ins with Cisco's IP equipment, they sometimes show together in the same Expo booth, that will be rapidly building IP revenues every quarter over the next several years.
Two special-situation funds and the company management team have recently purchased 27 million shares at $0.23 and $0.28.
PSOL recently got one of CSCO's top IP managers to join their company as Sr. VP-Development and they now have a contract support unit to provide systems managers for the VOIP rollout sites.
