Whose the biggest competitor to Oracle on Windows? Microsoft. Who is Sony Playstation's biggest competitor? Microsoft. Who is trying to act as an alternative to Symbian in Smartphones? Microsoft. Who is Palm's biggest competitor? Microsoft.

You want to know why so many companies don't like Microsoft? It has nothing to do with being UNABLE to compete with them, so much as Microsoft makes life very hard for them.
