Sun mulls buying Novell
This is one purchase I would like to see. Sun with its strong and stable Solaris and Novell with its strong and stable Netware. Combine the two and you'd probably have one of the most powerful OS's on Earth, by far beating the crap out of linsux. Well that depends on what Novell has done with linsux. If they integrated Netware into linsux then it might be a contender, but if they just use a plain vanilla linsux kernel, then no chance in hell.
