my comments:
to be honest, i don't see a need for me ot want to search for file son my computer and the internet at the same time. stuff i search for in one palce, is usually different from what i search for in another.

i'm partially bothered, by this beign a "service" rather than an application.

i could defiantely see good use for an application that indexes my files within the current folders and allows searches of this index. i've been working wit IDMS technology lately, and i would love a personal/desktop version.
