It depends on your definition of "win"
If your definition of "win" is quantity, then MS might win, but don't forget Apache, which is dominating in the quantity area. If your definition of "win" is revenue, again maybe; being at the low end, it would take enough quantity to get the revenue. Now if your definition of "win" is half-a$$, MS wins hands down. There will always be enterprises who will pay for a more secure solution than the ones provided by MS. Before you say that all software is insecure, you name one vendor's server software who has been compromised as much (quantity) or cost their customers as much (revenue) in the past 5 to 10 years.
