Unless you have complete records of every transaction and every "inconvenience" caused by PayPal during the period inquestion, you don't have a chance to recover. As usual, the only ones who recover are the lawyers. PayPal needs to send each subscriber an accounting of every transaction that they caused problems with, so that the subscriber can use it to provide the "proof" required. Otherwise the defendant is the only party with the proof.
