You're a better listener than me.
I've both good and some particularly bad experiences with overseas tech support. I had good and some REALLY, REALLY bad experiences with domestic-based tech support. As simplistic and obvious as this sounds, it still all depends on the talents of the individual these firms hire.

But THAT SAID, more often than not when some tech fellow or gal from India gets to talking quickly, there's simply NO WAY my peculiar brain can comprehend the annuciations.
