It didn't escape me
There were just no EC anti-trust rules broken. But the EU was more than willing to accept bribe money to say it was. Microsoft competed fairly and there is no anti-trust in that. Not only that but Microsoft went above and beyond the call of duty to provide source code - the single most important thing anyone could have. Still wasn't good enough for the EU yet they never say why. And it is this unethical behavior which is the real problem with the EU.
