Think Of All The Namby Pamby RIAA
brings to the idea of your own static IP address.Where they file trader is composed of 'real person. Just because the 'internet is somewhat 'engineered to anominity - the namby pamby of just 'who, and 'what, and 'how is pretty throughly diminished with acknowledging them, with RIAAs inhibitions and law.

Look at it like this everybody has a phone #,however RIAA is not a 'police state outside of known capacity of law enforcement. Everybody knows what to expect - and if RIAA is 'calling you know it aint the police. At least the courtesy to know what your dealing with is a little better than filling a phone booth.

The 'internet, needs to be 'engineered for 'persons using it.That is the detail of wich law enforcement, goods and commerce, and communications should be able to deal with.

As far as anonminity goes. There are legitamate reasons to be looking that way. The environment calls for it.Security to persons is enchanced by it.

RIAA will loose sooner or later. Or their ways will change. Seems to be most of what we see about them in 'courts''. This isn't good for constitutional government and people either, since WE need to make sure that is the way that things are,. Not to be taken within a bound that WE cannot participate to that choice.

RIAA doesn't know if 40 anonymous file swappers have lawyers. The anonymous file swappers dont know if they had materials wich 'could be defended as 'personal copy and communication.

At present there is no specification for the two.RIAA would like to nix the relationship of 'persons (in copyright)/communication,and 'persons in use (of copyrighted works)/communication.

People can do anything that is not specifically criminal by law. This is reason nobody should be required by law to have their communication,or person criminalized.

Especially when this needs to be debated.Since a 'lot of RIAAs acertations are as well 'opinion, and anonymous''.

-just talking.
