unfortunately, the answer is this....
people fear change, so they wont. If they are told something out there is better, and more secure, they still wont change due to the fact that it's different from their normal everyday virus, crash, flaw here flaw there, usage. People don't want to make changes, even if they are suffering through what they know now. I wish it were different, we'd have less spam flowing, less time patching anything and everything, and more time to get things done. I enjoy being busy, but lately it's simply overwhelming.
