RE: Google hit with age-discrimination suit
Elwell does not need to waste her energies sueing Armstrong because what goes around comes around. I doubt he was upset about losing someone who was successful at her position with the company as he was with losing control over the situation. Etwell only needed personal time off or leave of absence (like normal people take) or pregnancy leave (both parents have the right to take) and then be able to return to work as usual without fear of loss of their job and security. Armstrong had an agenda past all this and most likely it was because he was having sexual fantasies about her (during the day, at night, eating, where ever and what ever he was doing) and it consumed him and when he learned that she was pregnant, well that crushed his sexual tendecies and wanted to ruin her for it. Human nature in general has compassion for others who are going through a difficult time and will support them, especially if they are of value. Armstrong is stupid, retarded, lame, self-destructive to say the least to not take care of such an asset as an excellent employee. May he rot in his bed without any sexual fulfilment. Too bad he @u#k>d up!
