Google was accused, therefore they ARE guilty. No former employee has EVER filed a frivolous lawsuit against its former employer.
The facts are that we don't know the facts. I am not supporting the company's position. I don't know the company's position. Can't you admit that it is POSSIBLE that the company may not be guilty as charged? I guess not.
It is attitudes like yours that contribute the the offshoring of jobs. You can call it corporate greed if you like, but companies are darned tired of going to court and losing because jurors who, like you, assume that the company MUST BE WRONG. Such jurors don't even listen to the company's side of the story. How long do you think companies are going to continue to take it in the shorts in our legal system and in our legislatures.
