Well, I did base my comments on whether or not he was credible.

But yes, I'm leaning towards him being credible.

Google had no comment beyond the standard boilerplate "the suit is without merit", "will vigorously defend", blah, blah, blah...

Based on the information I have today, I believe Google is guilty and my comments accurately reflect that belief. happy
