- MY ADVICE: SAVE EVERYTHING
-
If you think you are a victim of discrimination or are starting to become one, SAVE EVERYTHING...every memo, every e-mail, note every phone conversation and the topic of it, if you overhear something said in conversation that could construe you are being discriminated against, write it down and note the date and time. The more ammo you have when you go into the courtroom the more idiotic these tech companies will look.
I don't care if you're 20 or 60, if you can do the job effectively then you're staying on...I'm sick of this stupid age game. - Posted by: itanalyst Posted on: 07/26/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
