Time will tell if the Europeans are as dazed as the Americans in terms of failing to understand the dynamics of the software industry and applying illogical interpretations and analogies to things they plainly do not understand.

Consumer software is marketed the same as any other consumer product. The product company makes some claims of usefulness, promises satisfaction, and advertises that to the users. Losers who can't prove their claims or can't afford to advertise are always losers and are upset that they cannot play in the major leagues at a sandlot cost. Monopolies on jukeboxes don't belong in the courts.
