Yes, but I think some people are forgetting an important point...
Market Share...
I'm no super stockbroker, but I think alot of people are expecting to see Google grow stupendously after this IPO.
personally, I see the IPO as a cashing out by the top people.
Now remember, I love Google and use many time everyday; However ,and I quote, from Business Week: " If Google begins trading at $135 a share, it would have a market capitalization of $36.3 billion, according to its SEC filing."
If they raise $3 billion, that's fine, but with MS coming into search, and the looming Overture suit, I have to wonder how much real growth there is for Google. Expecially in a TOTAL search market of $3-$4 Billion dollars a year. Sure Google can expand, but is it enough to justify such a high valuation. Even Yahoo is starting to look like it's clinging to it's valuations by it's nails.
There isn't unlimited growth in any market.
