RE: Apple will sue with DMCA
While I'm sure Apple lawyers are already pouncing all over Real Networks, I'm not sure the DMCA would apply. Real isn't bypassing any copyright protection. In fact, they're adding it, or at least modifying the copyright protection they placed on their tracks in the first place to make it compatible with Fairplay.
