- Time for a Frivilous Action Lawsuit against BayStar.

All the entities (IBM, Novell, AutoZone, Daimler-Chrylser, etc.) involved need to open direct lawsuits against BayStar for enabling SCO to operate a pump-n-dump scheme to enrich the SCO company corporate officers. It has been fraudulent from the start.
The current SCO is NOT Santa Cruz Operation, they are just a pitiful little boiler room trying to profit on past glories and efforts of a long defunct company.
