SCO, BayStar resume squabbling

You might be correct..If you think that MS is the puppet

master pulling the strings then the moves you just laid out make some sense. Why? Because MS got RBC and Baystar to invest in SCO. So knowing that Baystar and RBC could raise hell by letting the world know of this MS will do what ever it can to insure that RBC and Baystar get their money back or at leas as much of it as they can. So MS is in effect pulling all of SCO's strings and SCO will pay off anyone and everyone that MS demands. Heck if SCO does not have the money to pay them off..then from some as of yet un named source the money will miraculously apear.

Or maybe not...it's all based on the Plausable Deniability rule that most business and government officials are playing by today. If you don't have a smoking gun, and you are standing over the still warm body of a victim...Then there is a fair to midland chance you will get off.
