SCO, BayStar resume squabbling

Darl, when is the next camel out of town?

Well it appears that SCO's problems are on a never ending merry-go-round. Is Darl going to file suit against Baystar now? That would be one circus I want to sell the popcorn for. CAn you imagine the "discovery" process for evidence?

I can see the first question on the interogatories, who did Baystar represent in the transaction with SCO? Oh that would be too rich, and really funny!

I suspect that SCO is heading down the fast track toward some form of bankruptcy. They have products that are not the best or most recent, and they have become a company litigating, with merit that is, hmm, not well validated.

If SCO files for a form of bankruptcy, it will, at minimum throw a kink into anything Baystar can do for recovery. If Baystar was depending on the stock as security for the loan, boys you got screwed!

If Darl and company misused the money they got from Baystar they have some serious issues to face.

SCO is just clogging the courts and it is time for them to go away. I hope the judge, at the next hearing, with IBM, tells SCO, enough. This has been nothing more than a wild fishing expedition and they caught nothing.

Darl needs to go back to hawking on infomercials.
