Portuguese pooches to get radio tagged

They already do that here: You have been able to get your dog or cat "chipped" here in the US for years.

All the dog pounds n major cities scan strays they pick up...

Only problem is there are competeing tags out there so there is no guarentee that your dogs RFID tag can be read by the pound.
