Google, Yahoo software moves may fuel Microsoft bid
What a screwy headline. The article was about Zimbra. The headline is so misleading. Go Reuters. Anyway, this is very dirty and underhanded tactics by Google to try to block or at least raise the bid from Microsoft. These types of tactics should not be allowed for Google. We all know they are running scared. I bet their boardroom is hectic, like a bunch of chickens running around with their head cut off. If only they had stopped playing with the office toys and saw what was going on around them. It doesn't surprise me that Google doesn't keep up with current events.

"We replace the old world of installing software and dealing with security patches and coming in late at night to restart computers," Scott Petry, founder of Postini in 1999 and now a Google product manager, said of his company's impact.

So the servers never need software to be installed and security patches applied? Give me that web address! Lets test the security on it. Coming in late night to restart the computers? I'm amazed his company lasted this long! He obviouisly doesn't know how to admin a network much less own his own company. This is the typical Google employee way of thinking. And then you wonder why they never produce anything new.
