In A Way
users are in business for themselves. STipulation of a 'firm that does VOIP .. Well most of the time the user has already 'payed for their acess' . The stipulation of 'internet is moot. Since the 'user service fee is not a stipulation of an 'application basis.

Perhaps, some VOIP would like the deal out the whole bucket of internet all on its own,but by any other name, and control than that of the 'users application in ''internet''.

If it was that along with a dsl,..broadband connection there was a 'communicative services tax',wich took into kind the different necesities of wich could be localized to for example: 911,and calling a fire department, policestation etc.

The idea is pretty weird because as it is there is not an application to talk to my neighbor whom I can look at over the fence here. Yet there is worldwide attention to Voip that nobody uses,or may choose to use as an application.?

Then the 911 is a wireless legacy so far.Yet if I was to try would I even be able to sucessfully negotiate that from the computer w/o the application ?

Maybe congress could explain just what services this 'tax is suppose to be implementing ? With this somebody could make sense of what VOIP anybody is speaking of ? May -be saving a bundle, but dont think everybody is 'getting it.

-just talking.
