- Stuff Is Way Out Of Bounds
-
"Originally, the Sununu bill regulated only "connected" VoIP firms that link to the public telephone network. But the revised version permits states to levy universal-service and access-charge taxes on any application--including instant-messaging and voice chat clients--that relies on "multidirectional voice communications over the public Internet or a private network utilizing Internet Protocol."
What reason does the u.s. need to provide services for this 'taxation ". Well there is 911,that is a given. There is the connectivity, and there is well, the money. What does cash, have to do with communicating using the internet the functionality of it I mean.
Somebody stuffed a bunch of waypoints in there to make themselves a carreer lawmaker, and revenue chief most likely.
Tying in a facet in wich a california court claims the 'telephone is a telephone, then gluing the auspice of ''the internet will not be regulated''. What does that bring yourself to recognizing for structure. Here is the other one here 'cash strapped states'' - waiting for a cash cow from VOIP ""?
Its all just rings in a puddle. But what does it mean ? 40.00 a month is a little steep. Or 100.00 a month is a little steep. But seeing how california real estate is escalating - new buyers will certainly be patching holes in their pockets.
Some kind of throw rug on the graphics chart there predicting the exposion of 'capital in the communications market concerning VOIP ?
I got to tell you I believe these analysts know just how to control inflation all by themselves.
Oh I almost forgot - moving into the services industries.""
Traditional phone is controling the 'market. Thing is are the traditional brokers happy with the control they dont have. After these laws are passed, the sideffect - monitor, record, and well service will create jobs. Hi paying jobs,(hint hi costing jobs that will be outsourced - the general fallout).
Guess what, nobody can afford to use the phone anymore. Isn't that great.
-just talking. Its a pidgeo n hole folks.
