the buildings should have toppled in the opposite direction of impact. Or even in the direction of impact since the structural integrity had been compromised by the impact then follow-on explosion and ensuing fires.
Another anomaly that is rather odd, the first fireball was almost pure white with very little smoke. The fuels used by jet aircraft is generally JP8, a kerosene based fuel designed to burn hot, clean and in thin air environments. There are also weight considerations as well as moisture or emulsion protection. But anybody that has worked with these grades of fuels will tell you that when they ignite it's generally a dull orange with a lot of black smoke.
Another quality of aviation fuel is that it's extremely odoriferous and cannot be mistaken for any other type of fuel. Accounts do not reference any odor of av-gas in the first tower but in the second tower there were numerous reports as well as on the ground outside.
Examine the fireballs of each explosion and you will not that there are inconsistencies with the grades of fuel these planes carry and the type of explosions seen. Another anomaly is that these planes should have been at 60% approximately capacity of fuel, which would have created and even more violent but short lived explosion due to the vaporous fumes being released.
I have my doubts about the 9-11 incident on all accounts. Right now I am not really taking sides, just pointing out some obvious things. My time in the Navy has allowed me the opportunity to be exposed to many of the fuels used by aircraft, after all I was a Gas Turbine Mechanic for my primary MOS. I studied (even though it was not part of my MOS) aviation fuels and aircraft. I, was considering getting my A&P but changed my mind.
The missile pod theory... I dunno, that sounds pretty far fetched to me. But there are other things that don't. Like why wasn't the air force scrambled when these planes stopped communications and turned off there transponders? That is a direct violation of FCC rules. Another thing with tensions being high in the world and the Oct. 12, 2000, bombing of the USS Cole, the United States should have been at a higher state of alert. There are may other things that I question, but the biggest is why the delay in launching aircraft to investigate then take action as needed, especially after the first plane hit. That by rules of engagement, constitutes an attack, the command to ground planes came out very quickly, any that didn't should have been shot down.
A lot of questions and not enough satisfactory answers... - Posted by: Linux User 147560 Posted on: 07/23/04 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
